Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by U.S. customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing. Souledra cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to customs inspections or regulatory delays. We are not liable for seizures, delays, or damage caused by customs or government authorities.

Souledra Imports LLC is not responsible for losses caused by customs actions, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
